This is the Mountain House in Caux Switzerland where the Junior Round Table (JRT) meets every year in July as part of the Caux Conference on Business on Industry (CCBI). The beautiful village of Caux is located approximately 1000m above Montreux overlooking the Swiss mountains and the lake of Geneva. |

At the CCBI conference, the JRT group meets in several sessions each day. In between, there are central lectures, panel discussions, theatre performances, and service shifts. During the service shifts everybody helps in the preparation or servicing of the meals as part of the Caux tradition and as a team-building activity. | |||
